You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return. This gives you enough time to inspect your order and decide whether it's right for you.
We also want to be clear that all reasons for return are accepted. Whether it's a simple change of mind or any other reason, your return request will be honored as long as it falls within the return window and meets our return conditions.
Return Conditions

As long as your product meets this condition, it qualifies for a return.
We're proud to say that we don't maintain a list of excluded or non-returnable items. Every single product we sell can be returned, provided it's still unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping
We understand that return shipping costs can sometimes discourage customers from requesting a return. That's why Zoryeon covers the full cost of return shipping for every eligible return. You won't be asked to pay anything out of pocket to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, here's how the refund process works:

● Refunds are processed within 5–6 business days after your return has been completed.

Exchanges
At this time, Zoryeon does not offer product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, size, or variant, we recommend requesting a return for a refund and placing a new order separately.
