Zoryeon currently offers Pan-India delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect address information, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
If delivery is unsuccessful because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any applicable additional delivery or re-shipping charges.
Zoryeon is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or courier providers beyond our reasonable control.
10. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order subject to the applicable stage of order processing.
If an order has already been dispatched or is being processed for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers may initiate a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Zoryeon also reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate reasons.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our refund process.
11. Returns and Refunds
Zoryeon accepts returns for all products purchased through our website.
Customers may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, regardless of the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return:
● The product must be unused and unopened.
● The product must be in its original packaging.
● The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
There are no non-returnable products under our return policy. All products purchased from Zoryeon are eligible for return provided they meet the above return conditions.
Customers can initiate a return directly through the Order section of their account.
Return Shipping
Zoryeon will cover the full cost of return shipping for eligible returns. Customers will not be required to pay the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and the return has been completed, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are processed within 5–6 business days after the return has been completed.
12. Exchanges
Zoryeon currently does not offer product exchanges.
If you would like a different product, size, or variant, you may return the original product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order separately.
13. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the return conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
All products remain eligible for return, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers can initiate the return through the Order section of their account. Zoryeon will cover the applicable return shipping cost, and eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–6 business days after the return has been completed.
